Ryan Johnson
Engineering

Ryan joined the team at Universal Machine & Tool in December of 2024 with several years of engineering and project management experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and relocated to Tennessee in May of 2022. He comes with a broad range of experience, from designing custom machinery from the ground up while building and testing functional prototypes, to managing and implementing valuable cost saving measures.

Ryan grew up in Oconto, WI prior to moving to Platteville, WI for college. He enjoys riding motorcycles, photography, playing music, stand-up comedy, and traveling. He is part of a local motorcycle stunt riding group that performs for charities and people in need.
